GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the Alogator web and mobile application

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Alogator web and mobile application (“Alogator”), which provides job-related services, cooperation opportunities, and access to a labor-market information system.

The company is represented by its Managing Director Radoslav Frtús.
By using Alogator, users and clients acknowledge and accept these Terms without reservation.
2. Definitions
2.1 Price List
A list of paid and free services and products offered within Alogator, including descriptions and prices.
2.2 Client
A business entity registered in a commercial or business register within an EU/EEA member state, having the status of an employer and using, or intending to use, Alogator services.
2.3 User
A natural person or entrepreneur using Alogator for searching job opportunities or business cooperation, and holding a User Account.
2.4 Services
All functionalities, information, products, and tools provided within Alogator.
2.5 Push Notifications
Instant alerts sent by the Alogator application directly to a mobile device.
3. User Account
3.1 Registration Requirements
Access to Services requires registration and activation of a User Account.
3.2 Data Required for Registration
Full name
E-mail address
Phone number
Required consents (personal data, Terms)
Phone number verification via SMS is required.
3.3 Completion of User Profile
The User must select a profession and may provide optional data, including a photograph, in the CV Database.
3.4 Accuracy of Data
The User is fully responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and currency of all submitted data, including CVs and attachments.
3.5 User Conduct
The User must refrain from using vulgar, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate expressions.
The Operator may refuse to publish such content.
3.6 Updates and Communication
The Operator may request data updates and send important operational information to the User.
3.7 Account Deletion
The User may delete their account at any time.
3.8 Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no login for 36 months (3 years) will be automatically deleted, along with all associated data.
4. User Services
4.1 Using the Platform
Users may browse and search advertisements. Free accounts have limited functionality.
4.2 Ordering Paid Services
Users may order selected paid services, choose a payment method, and confirm the order.
4.3 Subscription Auto-Renewal
Users paying by card may enable automatic monthly renewal.
Auto-renewal may be cancelled at any time.
4.4 Payment Failure
The Operator will inform the User if auto-renew payment fails. Paid services end upon expiration of the paid period.
4.5 Push Notifications
By enabling Push Notifications, the User agrees to receive notifications, including those funded by Clients.
4.6 CV Management
Users may create, edit, store, publish, and unpublish their CVs. Published CVs become available to all Clients with an active Client Account.
4.7 Partner Offers
The Operator may publish offers from partner companies, including content not related to job search.
4.8 Newsletter
Users may opt in to receiving newsletters and may withdraw consent at any time.
4.9 Responding to Ads
Users may submit interest in job or cooperation offers directly through Alogator.
5. Client Account
5.1 Registration Requirements
Only business entities from EU/EEA member states may register as Clients.
5.2 Required Registration Data
E-mail
Company name, registered seat, Company ID
Contact person name and phone number
Consent to Terms
Phone verification via SMS is required.
5.3 Accuracy of Data
Clients are responsible for the correctness and currency of submitted data.
5.4 Content Standards
Clients must avoid vulgar, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
The Operator may reject or remove such content.
5.5 Logo Usage Consent
By uploading a company logo, the Client grants the Operator consent to use the logo for promotional purposes on social networks. The consent is valid for the duration of the active Client Account.
6. Services for Clients, Payments, and Contract Formation
6.1 Price List
All paid and free services and their prices are listed in the Price List available within Alogator.
6.2 Ordering Services
Service orders are placed through predefined online forms.
6.3 Ad Content Requirements
The Operator may require mandatory fields and may edit ads to meet Alogator formatting standards.
6.4 Right to Reject, Modify or Remove Ads
The Operator may reject or remove ads that:
Violate laws or good morals
Are misleading or incomplete
Include multiple job positions in one ad
Contain third-party advertisements
Violate equal treatment principles
Include discriminatory statements
Damage the reputation of Alogator
Include manipulative employment fees
Suggest multi-level marketing schemes
6.5 Legal Obligations of Clients
Clients must comply with employment law, including the obligation to specify the basic salary component in job postings.
6.6 Outstanding Payments
Clients with unpaid obligations cannot order new services until settling their debt.
6.7 Payment Conditions
Payments are cashless through available methods.
The contract is concluded when payment is credited to the Operator’s account.
6.8 Invoicing
Invoices are sent to the Client’s designated e-mail address.
7. Liability
7.1 Content Responsibility
The Operator is not liable for content inserted by Users or Clients.
7.2 Intellectual Property Responsibility
Submitters are responsible for compliance with copyright and industrial property rights.
7.3 Third-Party Claims
Clients and Users bear all consequences of intellectual property violations.
7.4 No Guarantee of Results
The Operator does not guarantee:
That a Client will find a suitable candidate
That Users will find suitable job opportunities
That any cooperation or employment will be formed or maintained
7.5 Login Credentials
The Operator is not responsible for misuse of login data.
7.6 Data Protection Duties of Clients
Clients must protect data obtained through Alogator from misuse.
7.7 Unused Services
The Operator bears no responsibility for unused paid ad slots or services.
8. Complaints
8.1 Right to Complaint
Users and Clients may submit complaints if a paid service fails or is unavailable due to the Operator.
8.2 What Is Not Considered a Fault
Internet connection issues
External factors beyond the Operator’s control
Force majeure events
Cases where the Operator has the right to refuse service
8.3 Complaint Deadline
Complaints must be filed within 14 days from occurrence of the issue.
8.4 Processing Time
The Operator shall respond within 30 days of receiving the complaint.
8.5 Compensation
Possible compensation includes:
Replacement service
Extension of service validity
8.6 Maximum Liability
Liability is limited to the price of the affected service.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 Amendments to Terms
The Operator may amend or supplement these Terms unilaterally.
9.2 Publication of Updates
The current version is always available in the Application.
9.3 Advance Notice Period
New Terms will be published at least 30 days before becoming effective.
9.4 Objection to Updated Terms
If a User or Client requests account deletion within 7 days of publication, the original Terms remain effective until the end of the paid period.
9.5 Applicable Law
Legal relations are governed by Slovak law, including:
Commercial Code
Labour Code
Copyright Act
Employment Services Act
9.6 Jurisdiction
Disputes shall be resolved by courts of the Slovak Republic.
9.7 Database Rights
The Operator holds exclusive database rights and related know-how.
9.8 Electronic Contact Consent
Users and Clients consent to electronic communication via contacts provided in their account.
9.9 Effective Date
These Terms enter into force on 20 November 2025.
