Yes, registration on the Alogator platform is free for everyone.
What can I find in my Alogator account?
In your account, you will find job search, saved offers, submitted applications, personalized recommendations just for you, and of course account settings, including the option to update your details and configure notifications.
How do I change my email or phone number?
You can change the email address used as your username for logging into Alogator and your phone number in your account profile under Personal information. You can change your password in Settings.
How do you protect my personal data?
Proper and careful processing of your personal data is very important to us. We do everything we can to ensure that every user feels safe. You can find details on how we protect your privacy, what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can control its processing HERE.
How do I set up notifications for new job offers?
You can configure notifications in the form of in-app alerts or emails in your account under the Dream job section. Detailed instructions and short video tutorials on how to do it can be found in the Tutorials section.
I don’t remember my password, what now?
Everyone knows this situation; it happens. Simply request a new password on the Forgot Password page (link).
PREMIUM and VIP membership
What benefits do I get if I become a Premium or VIP member?
With Premium membership, you gain access to the following services: display of the employer’s name and contact details, invoicing. With VIP membership, you gain access to: the ability to save job ads, full filtering options for job listings, full use of the Dream job section, instant notifications about new ads that match your criteria, boosting your profile when you apply for a job, viewing company ratings, an ad-free Alogator experience, and information about who viewed your profile.
How do I become a Premium or VIP member?
You become a Premium or VIP member by purchasing the Premium or VIP service. The current fees and discounted plans can be found in our transparent price list, available after registration.
How much does Premium and VIP membership cost?
Fees for paid membership and discounted plans can be found in our transparent price list, available after registration.
How can I pay for the paid membership?
You can pay for your paid membership by bank card or via Google Pay or Apple Pay. Immediately after payment, you can start using the paid services. A confirmation will be sent to your email address and will also appear in your Alogator account under My Account.
I can’t complete my paid membership order
It is possible that we have updated Alogator and your app version is outdated. Try updating it to the latest version. When paying, please check that online card payments are enabled and that you have not exceeded your daily limit for online payments.
How do I cancel my paid membership?
You can cancel your paid membership in the Price List section. Remember that you will lose many benefits by doing so.
Job offers
How do I know if a job offer is still active?
Each offer shows a publication date. Companies remove outdated listings.
How can I apply for a job offer?
Simply click the Apply button to send your interest to the advertising company. With a paid membership, you can also respond by contacting the company directly by phone or email.
Can I apply for multiple job offers?
Yes, you can apply for as many offers as you like to increase your chances of getting a job. It is then up to you to decide which company you eventually choose to work with.
What information about me will the company see?
The company will see your Profile Card – that is, the information you have filled in about yourself in the Profile section. You can view a preview of your card in your profile.
How quickly will I get a response from a company?
It depends on the company; usually within a few days, but most respond within a few hours.
How will the company contact me?
The company usually contacts candidates by phone or email.
How do I set notifications for new job offers?

Can I save interesting job offers for later?
Yes, after registration and purchasing Premium membership you have access to advanced job management options, including the ability to save job offers that interest you.

My company profile
How do I register a company on Alogator?
Registration is simple and only takes a few minutes. Just enter your company email, create a password, and fill in the basic company details (company name, company ID, contact person). After verifying your email address, you will get immediate access to the platform. Basic registration is completely free and does not require any payment.
What can I find in my company account?
In your company account, you can publish job postings, view active and archived postings, access applicant lists, a database sorted by worker availability (Calendar), and manage your account, company details, and notifications.
How do I change my email or phone number?
You can change your email and password in the account settings. Your phone number can be updated in the Company Details section.
How do I set notifications for new applicant responses?
You can configure the frequency and type of notifications in the Notification Settings. All responses appear under each job posting.

Job postings
How do I add a job posting on Alogator?
After registering your company, click Add Offer and fill out a simple form. Detailed instructions and short video guides can be found in the Tutorials section.
How long will my job posting be published on Alogator?
Job postings are published for 24 days. You can deactivate them anytime and move them to the archive. You can repost an offer by duplicating an archived or active listing.
Can I edit or remove a job posting after publishing?
Yes, the job offer can be edited after publication.
How quickly will my job posting appear on the website?
Immediately after submitting the listing, as long as it complies with the publication rules.
How can I boost my job posting?
You can boost your job posting in two ways:
🔔 Push Notification – sends the offer to workers who match your filter.
⭐ Top Listing – your offer appears at the top of the job list.
Both services are paid according to the price list.
How can a worker respond to my job offer?
By clicking I’m Interested. Premium/VIP users can also contact the company directly by phone or email.
Applicant Management
Will I receive notifications about applicant reactions to my job posting?
Yes, you will receive a notification or email. You can configure the frequency and method in Notification Settings.
How can I contact applicants for my job offer?
By phone or email after unlocking the worker’s contact details. This is a paid service according to the price list.
Can I browse worker profiles without posting a job offer?
Yes, in your Worker Database or in the Availability Calendar.
Which Alogator services are free and which are paid?
Posting a job is free. Companies pay for unlocking worker contacts and additional services such as boosting, push notifications, database access, or the calendar.
How do payments for Alogator services work?
Alogator uses a credit system. You top up credits via a secure payment gateway. Credits do not expire.
Are payments for Alogator services secure?
Yes, payments are processed through certified gateways. Alogator never has access to your payment data.
